It is a good place for visit Venice. Free and secure parking. It is near the train station for going to Venice. It is in a good place for bike riding on the Brenta river, nature trips in the venice lagune. I like it. Ottimo posto per visitare venezia. Parcheggio sicuro e gratuito. Vicino alla stazione per andare a Venezia. Possiblità di gite sul fiume brenta (fantastico) e gite nella laguna veneziana. Noi ci abbiamo fatto l'anniversario e siamo rimasti molto contenti.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with easy access to Venice and other nearby towns. A nearby restaurant served a great 4-course meal for only 22 Euros pp. the room was spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities like free WiFi and refreshments.
The location is a bit out of the way, which may be inconvenient for short stays or those planning to spend most of their time in Venice.

Very clean, stylish, excellent breakfast at a good price. Located a bit far from Venice but there is good connection with public transportation (for those who have a car at a short distance there is parking with connection to Venice by boat).

The hotel was very nice and the staff very accommodating. Everything was clean and new and nicely decorated. We arrived late and were still greeted in the lobby with cold juice/water/coffee/tea/cornetti/fresh fruit. The breakfast was ample and included a nice variety from which to choose. The location was quiet yet within easy access to Venice via rail or car. I highly recommend this establishment.

The hotel reception area has beautiful decor and kind staff who try hard to be accomodating but most of them can't speak English which can be a real problem. The room had lots of space with everything you could need and was clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious.
The only problem with this hotel is the location, it is not far from the train stop but it is 30 - 40 minutes by train to Venice and the train leaves at odd times in the morning and the last train from venice is at about 20.30 which is inconvenient.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the prices in Venice. The location in a calm residential area with a nice garden is a perfect retreat from the tourist-filled hustle and bustle of the city. The staff at the hotel, especially Carmen and Ariana, were friendly, attentive, and exceptionally helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities one would expect in a hotel. The outstanding style of the rooms made our stay even more enjoyable.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The hotel was used one night as a commuter hotel on our way to San Marino. It is located in a small village without much to see. The hotel is very nice and clean with good restaurant next door. The staff is friendly and to room clean and tidy.
